The launch of Google TV Delayed

"Our long term goal is to collaborate with a broad community of electronics manufacturers to help promote the latest generation TVs. We look forward to working with other partners to bring more new devices to the market in coming years," he explained.

Meanwhile, other Google partners such as Toshiba, LG, and Sharp follow Google's advice to take them to delay the launch of Google TV. And indeed, just like Samsung, they plan to show these products at CES.

"We understand Google considerations about future product roadmap, and we believe this decision will bring a good product in the right timeframe," said Jeff Barney as Vice President of Toshiba's Digital Products Division.
