Red Meat Trigger Cancer?

Do you belong to a fan of meat? If yes, it helps a little cautious in consuming red meat. It is said that red meat is suppose to trigger breast cancer. How is this possible?

Consumption of red meat in the first place is because the content of protein and iron as well as a number of other nutrients needed by the body. Red meat, is a term for meat from livestock such as cattle, buffalo, sheep, goats, horses, pigs, and others.

As reviewed by eatingwell, red meat turned out to contain much fat and hormones are often added to livestock. This is an increase of hormones cause cancer, like breast cancer or prostate cancer. Meat is also high in protein, the protein will break down ammonia, which is carcinogenic in humans.
In a study of 35,372 British women. They were given a minimum of 60 grams of red meat or 30 grams of processed meat per day was associated with increased risk of breast cancer. The risk is greater in menopausal women.

By nature of protein and fat is needed by the body, but if the incoming protein intake too much, then the body will experience imbalance. This lead to obesity or overweight. In addition, cancer cells and lead to kidney stones.

You do not need to fear eating red meat, but should more carefully select the type of good meat. For example, by replacing or lard consumption of red meat with white meat (chicken or fish).
