RIM makes the BlackBerry World

 First, a large mat Research In Motion is a World Enterprise Symposium (WES). Now, WES no more and replaced the BlackBerry World.

As noted in a written statement received detikINET, Friday (12/10/2010), RIM will hold a conference called the BlackBerry World in May 2011 in Orlando, United States.

Unlike the WES, which is more focused on the enterprise world, the BlackBerry World promised to show all aspects of the BlackBerry. It includes the world's Enterprise and consumer retail.

RIM itself does not necessarily remove the WES. Only, this time WES will be part of the BlackBerry World besides there are many tracks and other sessions are more extensive.

RIM said the BlackBerry World will be the event that bring together business people, IT professionals, BlackBerry Channel Partners (eg telecom operators), software vendors to industry analysts.

"This is a meeting with the broadest range of wireless experts in one place within a year," said RIM in BlackBerryWorld.com site.

In 2011, RIM BlackBerry DevCon will also hold Asia for the first time. This event will be held in Bali, Indonesia, in early 2011 

Adobe AIR Application Ready Attack Playbook

Research In Motion (RIM) has published a Software Development Kit (SDK) to develop Adobe AIR applications on BlackBerry tablet Playbook. Adobe AIR 2.5 and Flash 10.1 is promised will be fully supported Playbook.

In a written statement received detikINET, Tuesday (26/10/2010), RIM announced the availability of the SDK. Applications that exploit the ability plus tablet Playbook classy display Adobe AIR is expected to be ready to welcome the tablets in 2011.

Resulting from the SDK application is claimed could take advantage of hardware Playbook to display High Definition video up to 1080p. Web View feature even lets AIR application displays HTML and Flash content.

Later, if the BlackBerry Tablet OS SDK already available, developers can also incorporate native C + + code into their Adobe AIR applications. While through the Adobe AIR SDK, existing AIR application can be directly ported to Playbook with ease.

BlackBerry Playbook will have a dual-core processor for running the Tablet OS BlackBerry operating system is multi-process and multi-tasking. It is expected the new tablet device will be available in 2011.

iPhone beat BlackBerry in the Global Market

In the global smartphone market, the BlackBerry has fallen in the hands of Apple's iPhone. Similarly, claims from research firm Strategy Analytics.
