Cheddar Cheese

Cheddar cheese is a kind of soft cheese. The color is light yellow with slightly soft texture. In addition to the traditional way, cheddar cheese sold in the market mostly is a type of cheddar cheese which is processed at the plant. Some made similar Edam cheese, a little loud and there is also a type of smoked cheddar sharper aroma with orange color.
Cheddar cheese is produced in many places, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Venezuela, Canada and Iceland. In most countries Cheddar cheese is readily available, ranging from mild lower-fat cheeses to the more mature higher-fat and sharper cheeses
