Nominated MTV Video Music Awards 2011

MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) 2011 will be held next August 28. Singer Katy Perry also managed to dominate the nominations for the award for the music man.


Of the 14 nominations, Katy get 9 of them. Including Best Pop Video, Best Collaboration, Best Art Direction, Best Editing, Best Special Effects to the tune of 'ET' then nominated Video of the Year and 
Best Female Video for the video clip 'Fireworks' and Best Cinematography at the song 'Teenage Dream'.


Katy was competing with the singer Adele who won seven nominations. In the seventh nomination Adele competing with Katy.
R & B singer kanye West should be satisfied with six nominations for the two video clips pocket 'All of the Light' and 'Power'. Bruno Mars also got four nominations for Video of the Year, Best Female Video, 
Best Pop Video and Best Choreography.


Eminem, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, 30 Seconds to Mars and Nicki Minaj compact winning three MTV VMA nomination in 2011. While Britney Spears bagged two nominations for the awards for Best Pop Video and Best Choreography for the song 'Til the World Ends'.


Other musicians who also nominated the Beastie Boys, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Linkin Park, Justin and more. The event will be held at the Nokia Theater, Los Angeles.
